If you have an account, just log in below to register. You need a Facebook account to register for Spotify. The following message is on the Spotify sign-up page: Existing Spotify users are not affected by this change.

By default, the songs you listen to on Spotify show up on your wall and also in Facebook's new ticker. In fact, Spotify now requires all new users to sign up with their Facebook account.
